Madfun is an amazing atmosphere that will delight and excite your children from the moment they walk in the door. We will give your children an exciting and fun party where they can dance, sing and play with their friends without a worry in the world.

We also want to ensure you love and enjoy the day too and that’s why we include everything so you can relax and celebrate your child’s special day. Madfun is as private as having a party at home except our place is designed for young children to be energetic and playful without breaking anything !  Madfun is a Private Party Venue so only your children, family and friends are there.  

The Madfun kitchen staff provide all the hot and cold food and snacks and a Choice of Five menus . Madfun party food caters for Vegans, Vegetarian, Halal guests and naturally all children with allergies too.  Your kids party hostesses set up, clean up and serve your children. We don’t skimp on food so all the children will never go hungry at a Madfun Party and, with all the running around and dancing and games,  the kids do get hungry too !

The Madfun VIP Party Packages starting from 1.5 Hour Private Party $750

Includes the first 20 children (each additional child $30) We recommend no more than 32 children if you do have a big group. Here’s what we provide so you only need to bring the cake and the kids

• A Wonderful Party Hostess and her merry band of helpers
  We organise everything – Food, Entertainment, Games, Dances, Prizes and Fun !
• Free Face Painting for every child
• Snacks of Chips, Fairy Bread and Lollies on arrival
• Hot food served by our staff with a choice of 5 menus
• We set up and replenish all food and drink and clean up after the party
• Cordial and Water throughout the party
• We bring out the cake and all sing happy birthday
• We provide sparklers, plates and forks for the cake (we cut it up too)
• Your own DJ who will play all the songs your kids love including their requests
• Big Screen projectors to show family pics if you wish
•  A fully equipped private disco with professional quality sound lighting and effects
• Family and friends are welcome to stay free of charge
• Bottomless Tea and Coffee is supplied free of charge

Everything is provided at a Madfun Party (apart from the cake) but if you’d like something extra we can offer that too 

Customised Photo Booth 

A photo booth is a fantastic addition to your party because they are fun and you can keep and distribute all your memories with whomever you like. 

Your personalised photo booth includes: 

• Your child’s name and age 
• A themed template of your choosing 
• Unlimited instant colour prints 
• A Digital Gallery of every photo in separate images that you can share with anyone in the world 
• Downloadable images so those who couldn’t be there can choose some pics and have them printed locally 
• We provide a simple link in an email to all the photos from the day and you can forward that link in seconds

The booth is $250 for the entire party or $100 for 20 minutes (after that cake near the end of the party) 

Extra Party Time – $250

1.  You can add an extra 30 minutes to the party for $250
2.  Recommended for larger groups but not for younger children

BYO catering for adults or we can organise it for you  

We want your party to be great value for money and for this reason you can BYO your own food (no nuts  and we can’t reheat anything) or we can organise platters from local providers and our kitchen too.

Private Kids Discos 

Madfun isn’t part of a Play Centre, it is a private kids birthday venue. We’ve designed Madfun to handle excited, active children so the kids can have fun without any breakages !    

It’s your private party so you can invite parents and relatives and even bring some nibblys for the adults or order hot or cold platters  from us  (at extra cost) too if you wish

Morning and afternoon party sessions to choose from each Saturday and Sunday

Your Private Birthday Party Session can be at 10am, 12pm or 2.30pm

Fully personalised children’s birthday party

It’s your personal party so you can request any music you like from our DJ and if you bring a USB of  family photos we’ll play those magic moments on the big screens. The kids and parents love seeing those beautiful memories being presented in a larger than life presentation. It’s magic and heartfelt.

You can host a joint birthday party too if you like

If your child has a friend or relative around the same age it’s a great idea to host a joint private party.
